<br />(m) Noisy Animals. It shall be unlawful for any person in the Village
<br />of Mayfield, Ohio, being the owner, keeper or harborer of a dog, horse, mule, cow,
<br />sheep, goat, swine, cat, chicken, goose or other fowl or animal, to permit the
<br />same to bark, yelp, howl, crow or make any noise in such a manner or to such an
<br />extent as to disturb the peace and quiet of any person in the Village.
<br />Section 3. Stink Bombs.
<br />(a) No person shall throw or deposit, or attempt to throw or deposit,
<br />or procure or cause the throwing or depositing, or aid or abet in the throwing
<br />or depositing upon the property of another, any vile, noxious or offensive smelling
<br />or injurious liquid, gas or solid, contained:in.a glass bulb, commonly known as a
<br />"stinking bean" or in any form of stink bomb or in any other device or type of
<br />container whatsoever,which may be easily broken or from which such liquid, gas or
<br />solid may be easily liberated, and which, upon being liberated, would molest,
<br />discomfort of discommode another in the use, management, conduct or control of
<br />his business or property, or would molest, discomfort, discommode or injure any
<br />person or damage any property.
<br />(b) No person, while in the Village, shall knowingly have in possession
<br />or under his control, any stinking bean, stink bomb or other device as set forth
<br />in this Section.
<br />Section 4. Rioting. No person shall assemble with two or more other
<br />persons to do an unlawful act with force and violence, or to do such unlawful
<br />act or agree with each other to do so and make preparation or movement therefor.
<br />Whenever three or more persons are unlawfully or riotiously assembled, any
<br />police officer forthwith upon view, or as soon as may be on information, shall
<br />make proclamation in the hearing of such person, commanding them, in the name of
<br />the Village of Mayfield and the State of Ohio, to disburse and depart to their
<br />several homes or lacaful employment, and if such persons do not then forthwith
<br />disburse and depart, such officer shall call upon all persons near, and, if
<br />necessary, throughout the Village, to aid and assist in disbursing and taking
<br />into custody all such persons. No persons who are called upon by such officers
<br />shall refuse to render immediate assistance. The Mayor or Chief of Police may
<br />cordon off any area or areas threatened by such riot and prohibit persons from
<br />entering such area or areas except when carrying on necessary and legitimate
<br />pursuits, and may prohibit the sale, offering for sale, dispensing or transporta-
<br />tion of fire arms or other dangerous weapons,_ammunition, dynamite or other
<br />dangerous explosives in, to, or from such areas. No person shall willfully
<br />fail to obey a lawful order of any police officer given pursuant to this Section.
<br />Section 5. Whoever violates any provision of this Ordinance shall, on
<br />conviction thereof, be fined not less than Five Dollars ($5.00), nor more than
<br />Two-Hundred Dollars ($200.00), or may be committed to jail for not more than
<br />thirty (30) days, or both, and shall be committed until said fne is paid. S+Thoever
<br />violates any provision of either Section 3 or Section 4 of this Ordinance shall,
<br />upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
<br />or may be committed to jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or both, and shall
<br />be committed until said fine is paid.
