COMELLA <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD BY TRANSFERRING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WILSON MILLS ROAD FROM A CLASS <br />U-3 AA USE DISTRICT (RESTRICTED MULTI-STORY APARTMENT <br />HOUSE) TO A CLASS U-1 DISTRICT, AND TO REPEAL ORDINANCE <br />N0. 730. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: <br />WHEREAS, Council finds that it will promote the public health, <br />peace, safety, comfort, prosperity, convenience and general welfare to <br />amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mayfield in the manner here- <br />inafter provided, and will not substantially injure any property in the <br />Village or the use thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, Council finds that this amending Ordinance has been <br />submitted to the Village Planning and Zoning Commission for approval, <br />disapproval or suggestion, and that said Commission allowed a reasonable <br />time for consideration and report, and has approved the same in the form <br />herein set forth, and that a public hearing has been had thereon, and <br />notice of such hearing given in the manner provided by law. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The following described property is hereby trans- <br />ferred from a Class U-3 AA Use District (Restricted Multi-Story Apart- <br />ment House) to a Class U-1 District (Single House): <br />' Beginning at the extreme Southeastern corner of the <br />Village of Mayfield, where the corporation line between the <br />Village of Mayfield and the Village of Gates Mills intersects <br />the centerline of Wilson Mills Road, 60 feet wide: <br />feet; <br />thence Northerly, along said corporation line, 1100 <br />thence N Ol° 00' 00" W 425 feet; <br />thence N 25° 21' 11" W 132 feet; <br /> <br />
