COMELLA AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD BY TRANSFERRING CERTAIN PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WILSON MILLS ROAD FROM A CLASS U-3 AA USE DISTRICT (RESTRICTED MULTI-STORY APARTMENT HOUSE) TO A CLASS U-1 DISTRICT, AND TO REPEAL ORDINANCE N0. 730. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: WHEREAS, Council finds that it will promote the public health, peace, safety, comfort, prosperity, convenience and general welfare to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mayfield in the manner here- inafter provided, and will not substantially injure any property in the Village or the use thereof; and WHEREAS, Council finds that this amending Ordinance has been submitted to the Village Planning and Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval or suggestion, and that said Commission allowed a reasonable time for consideration and report, and has approved the same in the form herein set forth, and that a public hearing has been had thereon, and notice of such hearing given in the manner provided by law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: Section 1. The following described property is hereby trans- ferred from a Class U-3 AA Use District (Restricted Multi-Story Apart- ment House) to a Class U-1 District (Single House): ' Beginning at the extreme Southeastern corner of the Village of Mayfield, where the corporation line between the Village of Mayfield and the Village of Gates Mills intersects the centerline of Wilson Mills Road, 60 feet wide: feet; thence Northerly, along said corporation line, 1100 thence N Ol° 00' 00" W 425 feet; thence N 25° 21' 11" W 132 feet;
