ORDINANCE NO. <br />Page 2. <br />a Pay Ordinance or otherwise, be paid out of any money in the Treasury of <br />the Village of Mayfield not otherwise appropriated. <br />Sec. 4. The Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield is hereby <br />instructed to make a written return to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County of any <br />action taken under this Ordinance, with a statement of the charges, service <br />fees and expenses incurred thereunder and a proper description of the premises <br />by Auditor's Permanent Parcel Number or otherwise upon which such charges and <br />expenses were incurred, in order that such charges and expenses shall be entered <br />upon the tax duplicate and become a lien upon such premises. Such amounts when <br />collected shall be returned to the Village of Mayfield General Fund. <br />Sec. 5. Ordinance No. 1010, passed April 19, 1969, as it existed <br />prior to the effective date of this Ordinance, is hereby repealed. <br />Sec. 6. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, peace, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield, in order to prevent the spread of the <br />deleterious effects of such noxious weeds, grass, and other deleterious growths, <br />and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of <br />its passage. <br />Passed this 18th day of August , 1969. <br />Attest:, <br />(S AL) Clerk-Treasurer <br />~ h' <br /> <br />
