i~ <br />ORDINANCE N0. 69-37 <br />By: Mr. Davis <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING CENTRAL NATIONAL BANK <br />OF CLEVELAND, THE NATIONAL CITY BANK OF CLEVELAND <br />AND THE CLEVELAND TRUST COMPANY AS LEGAL <br />DEPOSITORIES FOR THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, <br />THAT: <br />Section 1. Central National Bank of Cleveland, The National City Bank <br />of Cleveland and The Cleveland Trust Company be,~ and they hereby are, designated <br />to be depositories of the Active Funds, Inactive Funds, and Interim Funds of the <br />Village of Mayfield, Ohio, for the period of two years commencing August 23, <br />1969, and ending August 22, 1971.; <br />• Section 2. The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to cause funds of <br />the Village to be deposited in any or all of the banks named in Section 1 hereof <br />during said period of time. <br />Section 3. The Village Cleric-Treasurer is hereby directed to certify <br />a copy of this Ordinance to each of the banks named in Section 1 hereof. <br />Section 4.
