(1113.08 Cont'd) <br />a "hotel" provides overnight accommodations, but access to each rental <br />unit is provided through halls and a central control space. <br />~~ <br />Sec. 1113.09 GRADES <br />a. "Established Street Grade", means the, elevation established by the <br />Village at the roadway centerline or curb in Pront of the lot. <br />b. "Natural Grade", mesas the elevation of the undisturbed natural <br />surface of the ground prior to any excavation or fill. <br />c. "Finished Grade", means the elevation of the finished surface of <br />the ground adjoining the building after final grading and normal <br />settlement. <br />Sec. 1113.10 HEIGHT OF BUILDING ' <br />"Height of Building", means the vertical distance measured from the <br />highest point of the coping of a flat roof, or the vertical distance <br />measured from the mean level between the eaves and ridge of a . <br />pitched roof, to the average finished grade across the face of the (~ <br />~~ <br />building containing its principal entrance. <br />Sec. 1113.11 HOME OFFICES <br />"Home Office", means a secondary office in .a dwelling occupied by a <br />person practicing a profession or engaged in a business as permitted <br />in the Zoning Code. <br />Sec. 1113.12 JUNK OR WRECKING YARD <br />MVSR <br />"Junk or Wrecking Yard", means an open area where materials including, <br />but not limited to; vehicles, trailers, aeroplanes, equipment, build- <br />ing materials, waste, scrap iron and other metals, paper,_rags and <br />rubber tires are bought, sold, exchanged, stored, baled, packed, dis- <br />assembled or otherwise handled. <br />-10- <br />'~1 <br />w' <br /> <br />
