sec, 11. 13.16_ MOTOR FREIGHT STATION <br />"Motor Freight Station", means a building in'which freight brought <br />i <br />`~ by motor truck is assembled, sorted or reloaded for shipment by <br />motor truck. <br />Sec. 1113.17 NONCONFORMING BUILDING, LAND AND USE <br />. a. "Nonconforming Building", means a building existing lawfully at <br />the time the Zoning Code, or an amendment thereto, became effective <br />but which does not conform to the area, height, or bulk of building, <br />yard or other regulations of the district in which it is located. <br />b. "Nonconforming Lot", means a lot existing lawfully at the time <br />the Zoning Code, or an amendment thereto, became effective but which <br />does not conform to the lot area, width, access or other requirements <br />of the district in which it is located. <br />c. "Nonconforming Use", means the use of a building or land existing <br />~ .~ lawfully at the time the Zoning Code, or an amendment thereto, became <br />~~; <br />effective but which does not conform to the use regulations, off- <br />street parking and loading requirements, performance standards or <br />other use regulations of the district is which it is located. <br />Sec. 1113.18 OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE <br />"Occupancy Certificate", means an official statement, certifying that <br />a building, other structure, or parcel of land is in compliance with <br />the provisions of 'all existing codes, or is a lawfully existing non- <br />conforming building or use and hence may be occupied and used law- <br />fully for the purposes designated thereon. _ <br />Sec. 1113.19 PERFORMANCE STANDARD <br />"Performance Standard", means a criterion established to control the <br />dust, smoke, fire and explosive hazards,,glare~and heat, noise, odor, <br />( j MVSR -15- <br /> <br />
