<br />CHAPTER 1111 TITLE -PURPOSE <br />Sec. 1111.01 Title <br />Sec. 1111.02 Purpose and Intent <br />Sec. 1111.03 Relation to Other Lawe <br />Sec. 1111.01 TITLE <br /> <br />Sec. 1111.04 Interpretation <br />Sec. 1111.05 Severability <br />These regulations are the "lead Planning and Subdivision Regulations <br />of the Village of Mayfield". <br />Sec. 1111.02 'PURPOSE AND INTENT' <br />The purpose of these regulations and the intent of the legislative <br /> <br />body, in its adoption, are to guide and control the planning, subdividing <br />and development of land and to provide procedures for the administration <br />thereof in order to promote and protect the public health, safety, con- <br />venience, comfort, prosperity, and general welfare oY the Village of <br />Mayfield, Ohio, and to achieve, among others, the following objectives: <br />To encourage the orderly development and redevelopment of the land <br />to obtain harmonious and stable neighborhoods; and <br />to provide for the reservation and dedication oY land Yor safe and <br />convenient pedestrian and vehicular circulation and public open <br />spaces for schools, recreational and other public purposes; and <br />to provide for the construction oP streets and utilities which will <br />be adequate and economical to maintain; and <br />to assure the accurate surveying"of land and the preparing and <br />recording of plats; and <br />to provide for the co-ordination of land development in accordance <br />with the objectives of the Master Plan, the Street Plan, the <br />Community Facilities Plan and the Zoning Code of the Village of <br />Mayfield. <br />Sec. ll11.03 RELATION TO OTHER LAWS <br />The provisions of the Land Planning and Subdivision Regulations shall <br />supplement any and all laws of the State of Ohio, ordinances of-this <br />MVSR -1- <br />~' <br />
