Sec. 1115.08 MULTIFAMILY BUSINESS AND iNDUSTffiAL SJBDIVISIONS <br />,~ <br />An application and preliminary plan shall tie submitted by the <br />developer to the Commission for•a}1 proposals Por multifamily, business <br />and industrial. subdivisions involving the division or allocation oY land <br />Yor open spaces; for common use; Yor the opening or extensions of streets; <br />or as easements Yor the extension and maintenance oY sewers, water supply <br />or other public facilities. <br />The preliminary plane of such subdivisions shall be planned in <br />accordance with the planning criteria established in Chapter 1117 of the <br />Subdivision Regulations and all maps, plans and other data required and <br />set Yorth in Sec. 1121.03 of the Subdivision Regulations shall be ~__. <br />furnished if determined applicable by the Commission. <br />All procedures, maps and other data required and set forth in <br />Sec. 1141.02~of the Subdivision Regulations shall be complied with and <br />furnished if•3etermined applicable by the Commission, in the preparation <br />of final plats of subdivisions where streets or other areas are to be <br />used by the public and where public utilities are to be constructed. <br />Sec. 1115.09 VILLAGE MAP <br />In order that proposed subdivisions may be properly planned and <br />reviewed, a map oY the Village showing all etreeta,.lot ].inns acid toDOgi'8pbic <br />contours, shall be kept up-to-date by the Village Engineer and maintained on <br />file by the Clerk.
