Sec. 111 .06 WATER SUPPLY A public water distribution system shall be dealgaed and constructed by the developer of each, subdivision or development and a supply shall be provided for each lot. The water distribution system shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the rules and standards as may be established by the Village Engineer end the Division of Water and Heat of the City of Cleveland. Sec. 111 .0 ELECTRIC AND TELEPHONE SERVICE The developer shall submit preliminary plena of proposed subdivisions to the utility companies which will service the subdivision for the pre- paratioa of a layout of their distribution system. Underground Service The recorded plat for the subdivision shall contain utility easements ten feet is width for all required communication, electric U power end street lighting distribution lines, equipment and its housing.
