The above title, certificates, statements, etc., shall be <br />in accoxd with the forms set forth in the Appendix of these <br />regulations. <br />b. Drawings and specifications showing cross sections, profiles, <br />elevations, construction detail's and specifications for all required <br />improvements. Th'e drawings and specifications shall be in accordance <br />with the requirements of Chapter 1119 of these regulations. <br />c. Certification by Village Engineer, stating that the developer has: <br />1. Installed all required improvements in accordance with the <br />v provisions of these regulations and any conditions set forth by <br />the Commission in .their approval of the preliminary plan, or <br />2. posted financial guarantees in sufficient amount to assure <br />completion of all required improvement a. <br />d. Protective Covenants, restrictions, bylaw e, declarations and any <br />other covenants in final form, to be recorded separately. <br />e. Other Statements and Data <br />1. Statement that there are no unpaid taxes or special assess- <br />ments against the tract and that the developer owns the property. <br />2.
