(1123.02 Co~'d) <br />After the hearing, such "mapped street" or "mapped public land" <br />plans, may be adopted by the Commission and recorded, and thereafter no <br />subdivision may .be approved and no street may be accepted or improved <br />unless it conforms substantially to such recorded plan, and no application <br />Por a permit to_construct a building on land shown within the right-of-way <br />of a future street shall be issued. until the Village has started procedures <br />to acquire such land for street purposes, but such permit may not be with- <br />held for a period exceeding 120 days. <br />Sec. 1123.03 SCHIDULE OF FEES <br /> <br />In making.appl3cations for approval of a preliminary plan or a final <br />plat of a subdivision, the developer shall deposit Pees as Follows: <br />a. Preliminary Pans <br />The minimum fee for review shall be $20.00 for each preliminary <br />plan plus 50c for each lot exceeding five; plus the .fee for an iade- <br />pendent analysis when required by the Commission; plus a $50.0 fee <br />Por a public hearing. <br />b. Final Plats <br />The minimum fee for the examination shall be $20.00 for each <br />final plat plus $1.00 Fox" each lot exceeding five. <br />e. Engineering Fees`Reviety of Plans, Inspection <br />The fee for inspections of the construction shall be not leas <br />than the expenses incurred by the Village, and the developer shall <br />deposit not less than 2 per cent of the estimated coat oP the <br />improvements in a specific fund for such purpose not to exceed $5,000. <br />Sec. 1123.04 ENFORCEMENT <br />Compliance with the Subdivision Regulations shall be obtained by <br />applying penalties for noncompliance as follows: <br />~_^' NlVSR -73- <br />i <br />
