(Accepting and Approving Resolution Cont'd)~ <br />(If improvements not installed) <br />WHEREAS, the Municipal Engineer has reported to this Council that his <br />estimate of the cost of the completion of the improvements described in sdid <br />drawings and specifications is $ and <br />{VHEREAS, the Developer has filed with the Clerk of the Council: <br />1. Performance Guarantees as described in the Land Planning <br />and Subdivision Regulations in the amount of $ ; <br />2. Liability insurance in the amount required by the Land <br />. Planning and Subdivision Regulations; <br />3. The sum of $ as a deposit for the pavement main- <br />tenance fund; and <br />4. The sum of $ as a deposit to underwrite the cost <br />of the inspection by the officer or employees of the munic- <br />~ ipality of the construction and the proposed improvements; <br />all of which amounts are in accordance with the estimates reported to this <br />Council by the Municipal Engineer and required by the Land Planning and Sub- <br />division Regulations; and _ __ <br />(if improvements partially installed - alternate form) <br />{4HEREAS, the Municipal Engineer has reported that _ __ <br />(List of improvements installed) ~-'--- <br />shown on said final plat and described in said drawings and specifications have <br />been satisfactorily completed, and has further reported that his estimate of <br />the cost of the remaining improvements to be installed is $ and <br />(If improvements partially installed) <br />{WHEREAS, the Developer has filed with the Clerk of the Council: <br />1.
