"Building", means a structure which is permanently affixed to the <br />,' land, having one or more floors and a roof, being bounded by either <br />open space or lot lines, and used as a shelter or enclosure for <br />persons, animals,_or.enclosure for property. The term shall be used <br />synonymously with "structure" unless otherwise noted, and shall be <br />construed as if followed by the words "part or parts thereof": <br />c. "Main Building", means the building occupied by the main use or <br />activity on the premises, all parts of which are connected in a nub- I <br />stantial manner by .common walls and a continuous roof. <br />d. "Accessory Building", means a subordinate building detached from, <br />but located on the same lot as the main building, the use of which is <br />incident and accessory to that of the main building or use. <br />e. "Building Line" (Synonymous with setback line), means a line <br />established by the Zoning Code, generally parallel with and measured <br />U from the front lot line, defining the limits of a front yard <br />which no building or structure may be located above ground except <br />as may be provided in said Code. <br />f. "Detached Building", means a building surrounded by open space. <br />g. "Basement", means the space within a building where the floor <br />level is more than two feet below ad~oiniag ground but less than <br />half the floor to ceiling height 3s below ad3oining ground. <br />Sec. 1113.07 FAMILY <br />a.
