SCHMIDT <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING PLACES FOR MEETINGS OF COUNCIL, <br />COUNCILMANIC COMMITTEES, COMMISSIONS, BOARDS, AND <br />SESSIONS OF THE MAYOR'S COURT, AND FOR OFFICES OF THE <br />CLERK-TREASURER, MAYOR AND POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br /> <br />~~ <br />r <br />LtJ <br />(1"1 <br />Isl <br />2 <br />Q= <br /> <br />a <br />I~ <br />r <br />e <br />WHEREAS, a recent fire has made the Village Hall Building unusable for <br />an indefinite period of time until the repairs can be made or replacement had. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of <br />Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. Until otherwise designated by Council: <br />(a) All Council meetings shall be held at the Mayfield <br />Center School, 6625 Wilson Mills Road. <br />(b) All sessions of the Mayor's Court shall be held <br />at the Mayfield Center School. <br />(c) The Police Department shall occupy the rooms leased <br />at 6675 Tdilson Mills Road. <br />(d) The Planning and Zoning Commission, the Architectural <br />Board of Review, Councilmanic Caucuses, Councilmanic <br />Committees, and all other Village Boards and Commissions <br />shall meet at such places as they may designate. <br />(e) The Clerk-Treasurer and his Assistants shall have <br />their office at 6675 Wilson Mills Road, where all records <br />of the Clerk-Treasurer shall be kept. Said address, <br />unless otherwise designated, shall be the place for <br />filing of all bids, petitions and other papers which <br />would ordinarily be filed at the Clerk-Treasurer's <br />office in the Village Hall. <br />(f) The Mayor will maintain his office and records at <br />6675 Wilson Mills Road. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare in order that the Village functions may be carried on during the <br />time that the Village Hall was unusable, and this Ordinance shall be in full <br />force and effect from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 20th day of October, 1969. o <br />MAY~RESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: ~ <br />~,~ ~ -~ <br />(SEAL) CLERK-TRE iJRER <br />
