Davis <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN AGREEMENT OR AGREEMENTS <br />WITH THE CITIES OF HAYFIELD HEIGHTS, RICHMOND HEIGHTS <br />AND HIGHLAND HEIGHTS AND THE VILLAGES OF GATES MILLS <br />AND WILLOUGHBY HILLS FOR POLICE MUTUAL AID <br />Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. The Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of <br />Mayfield, Ohio, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement <br />or agreements with the Cities of Mayfield Heights, Richmond Heights, and <br />Highland Heights and the Villages of Gates Mills and Willoughby Hills, whereby <br />each municipality agrees with the other municipality or municipalities to the <br />agreement whenever necessary and practicable to render police protection in <br />case of emergency temporarily to augment the police facilities of the other <br />party or parties. <br />Section 2. Such agreement or agreements shall be for a period of <br />three (3) years, but shall be automatically renewed from year to year unless <br />otherwise terminated as provided herein; provided, however, that such agreements <br />may terminated by any party upon thirty (30) days written notice. <br />Section 3.
