<br />ORDINANCE N0. 70-6 <br />BY: MR. BOGER <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE HOLDING OF MEETINGS <br />OF COUNCIL AND CERTAIN BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS AND <br />SESSIONS OF THE MAYOR'S COURT, AT ST. BARTHOLOMEW <br />EPISCOPAL CHURCH 435 SOM CENTER ROAD <br />Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. The Mayor of the Village of Mayfield is hereby authorized <br />to make arrangements with St. Bartholomew Episcopal Church to hold meetings of <br />Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission, and such other boards and commissions <br />as he may designate, and the sessions of the Mayor's Court, on the premises of <br />said Church located at 435 SOM Center Road. There is hereby appropriated the <br />sum of $10.00 per meeting for the cost of rental of such place of meeting. <br />Section 2. Unless and until the governing body of St. Bartholomew <br />Episcopal Church approves the use of said premises as set forth in Section 1. <br />of this Ordinance, the meetings referred to in Section 1. hereof and the sessions <br />of the Mayor's Court shall continue to be held at the places designated in <br />Section 1 of Ordinance No. 69-41. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />cuelfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, for the reason that it <br />is necessary as soon as possible to obtain suitable quarters for the meetings <br />above specified, and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 19th day of January, 1970. <br />ATTEST <br />~~~~ <br />.(SEAL) CLE -TREASURER <br />e <br />i <br />MAYORS ~SI~N ~ COUNCIL <br />
