<br />AN ORDINANCE CONSENTING TO THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF CERTAIN <br />STREETS AND ROADS BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COh1MISSIONERS OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, p ~ ` <br />INTRODUCED BY ~'\ ~~ ~~~- OP.DINANCE N0, / ~ ~~/ <br />GIVIPJG THE CONSENT OF THE --VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD-- <br />70 THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF CERTAIN ROADS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively approved <br />a Maintenance and Repair program for the year 1970; and <br />WHEREAS, a number of the roads to be maintained and repaired are <br />Municipal Streets and also County Rdads; and <br />IrJHEREAS, the maintenance and repair may include any or all of the <br />following operations: <br />a <br />1. Repairing roadway berms. ' <br />2. Cleaning and repairing culverts and drainage systems. <br />3. Repairing and maintaining road surface, <br />4, Mowing vaeeds on berms, <br />5. Repairing and installing guard rails. <br />6, Installing and repairing road signs and warning signs. <br />7.
