Schmidt <br />GL <br />0 <br />~ AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 18 OF ORDINANCE <br />m N0. 309, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE TRAFFIC <br />ON THE STREETS AND PUBLIC HIGHWAYS OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF HAYFIELD, BY DEFINING RECKLESS OPERATION OF <br />A VEHICLE. <br />Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, County of <br />Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, that: <br />Section 1: Section 18 of Ordinance No. 309, entitled "An Ordinance to <br />Regulate Traffic on the Streets and Public Highways of the Village of Mayfield," <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 18. Reckless Operation on Street or Highway <br />No person shall operate a vehicle on any street or <br />highway without due regard for the safety of persons <br />or property." <br />Section 2. Existing Section 18 of Ordinance No. 309 is hereby repealed <br />as of the effective date of this Ordinance, but in all other respects said <br />Ordinance No. 309 as amended shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Ifs ~ Section 3.
