ORDINANCE N0. 70- 16 <br />BY: MR. FITZ= GERALD <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN OF STANLEY AIR. TOOL DIVISION OF THE <br />STANLEY WORKS <br />Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, County of <br />Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. The Final Development Plan submitted by Stanley Air Tool <br />Division of the Stanley Works for property abutting Beta Drive, and approved by <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission on March 9, 1970, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, and for the further <br />reason that approval of said Final Plan is immediately necessary in order that <br />construction can be started and completed during the year 1970, and this <br />Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its <br />passage. <br />Passed this 16th day of March, 1970. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SE ) CLERK-TREA URER <br />i / <br />tlA~ <br />MAY -PRF,S2DENT OF COUNCIL <br />
