SCHMIDT AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD BY TRANSFERRING CERTAIN i~ROPERTY FROM A RESIDENTIAL ,a~ AND/OR OFFICE LABORATORY USE DISTRICT TO A SENIOR CITIZENS TI'PE USE DISTRICT. ~~ A m' W BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY AND STATE OF OHIO, THAT: WHEREAS; Council after due parcels of land lend themselves their existing uses and; consideration finds that certain to development for other than (n WEIEREAS; Council finds that a need exists for housing and/ or dwelling units within the provisions of Senior Citizens ~ housing use, and; WHEREAS; said rezoning from the existing classification of ' residential and/or office laboratory type, to a Senior Citizens ~ housing classification is in the best interest of the public 9~ and is conducive thereto as pertaining to the public health, C~ peace, safety, comfort, prosperity, convenience and general ~ welfare and will provide a more profitable use for the land both as to the owners and in behalf o£ the Village and its constituency, and; WHEREAS; Council finds that t'nis Amending Ordinance has been submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval or suggestions as to details contained therein, ~) LL~ f~ 0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE. OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO, THAT: SECTION l: The premises described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be transferred from a Class U-1 residential and/or office laboratory classification to a Senior Citizens use classification as reflected by Ordinance No. 159 as amended to include Sections 31.1 to 31.9, both inclusive; providing, however, that no building shall be
