ORDINANCE N0. 70-39 Page 2. street or highway two inches or more of snow in depth, which require that said street or highway shall be plowed with equipment in order to make such street useable for vehicular traffic; (T) wherever the Chief of Police determines that there is a traffic hazard and causes signs to be posted advising that no parking or stopping is permitted; (U) within a school zone ~•~ when school is in session and between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. except to take on or discharge 'f~ passengers and then for no longer than is necessary for :` such purpose; (V) on any treelawn; (W) on the south side _ of Seneca Road for a distance of 500 feet east of its ~C intersection with SOM Center Road; (X) on any side of ,F Beta Drive; (Y) on any side of Aintree Park Drive between ' its intersections with SOM Center Road and Hunt Circle; (Z) on:.the east or west side of Worton Park Drive from rr its intersection with Wilson Mills Road southerly to a .~ i point 150 feet away; (AA) on either side of Pinetree !•! Park Road east and west to a point 150 feet from its r. intersection with Wilson Mills Road; (BB) during •a construction work on one side of the street only." Section 2, Existing Section 53 of said Ordinance No. 309, as amended .. by Ordinance No. 810, and existing Ordinance Nos. 953 and 1040, are hereby ;~ repealed as of the effective date of this Ordinance. '~ Section 3. This Ordinance is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, in order to safeguard persons, property and vehicles on the highways in the Village of Mayfield, and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
