SCHPICDT <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE <br />N0. 930, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 1969-14, <br />BY INCREASING COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN SERVICES <br />RENDERED TO PRIVATE PERSONS BY MEMBERS OF THE <br />AUXILIARY POLICE UNIT. <br />Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. Section 5 of Ordinance D1o. 930, entitled "An Ordinance <br />' Approving the Establishment and Revised Manual of Rules for the Auxiliary Police <br />Unit and Repealing Ordinance No. 747", as amended by Ordinance No. 1969-14, is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />~; i <br />La <br />Q <br />t <br />d <br />I11 <br />(!) <br />m' <br />W <br />9~. <br />"Section 5. Approval of Revised Manual of Rules. <br />The Revised Manual of Rules and Regulations governing <br />the police of the Village of Mayfield, dated January, 1966, <br />and filed with the Council, is hereby approved and made <br />a part hereof, insofar as not inconsistent caith law. <br />Council further approves the amendment to Section 11 of <br />Article II of the Constitution of the Auxiliary Police <br />Unit, by establishing the follocaing rates of compensation <br />for services rendered to private persons: <br />Stores - $4.50 per hour per man. <br />Commercial enterprises - $4.50 per hour per man. <br />Churches - $2.50 per hour per man. <br />Schools - $4.00 per hour per man. <br />Private Residents - $4.00 per hour per man. <br />Contractors - $6.00 per hour per man. <br />On Construction Sites - $6.00 per hour per man. <br />There shall be a minimum charge of 3 hours for any caork <br />requested ar performed." <br />Section 2. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 930, as amended by Ordinance No. <br />1969-14, as it hitherto existed, is hereby repealed as of the effective date of <br />this Ordinance. In all other respects, said Ordinance No. 930 shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />Section 3.
