No. 1964-1967 Ordinances 1019 To provide for the issue of special assessment bonds in anticipation of the collection of special assessments for the improvement of Ridgebury Blvd. between certain termini by grading, draining, curbing, paving, and constructing curb connections where necessary and appurtenances, and for the improvement of Ridgebury Blvd. between certain termini by the construction of a water main and appurtenances and for the improvement of Worton Park Drive, No. Woodlane Drive, Norman Lane, So. Woodlane Drive, and Woodlane Drive by grading, draining, and paving with asphaltic materials together with all necessary appurtenances. 1020 Levying special assessments for the improvement of designated streets by supplying them with electric lighting. 1021 To provide for the levying and administration of a municipal income tax to provide funds for the purpose of general municipal functions, on all salaries, wages, commissions, and other compensations earned by residents; on all salaries, wages, commissions, and other compensations earned by non-residents for work done in the Village. 1022 Determining to proceed with the improvement of Worton Park Drive, from Wilson Mills Road to Hemingway Road, by grading and paving with asphaltic concrete materials, together with all necessary appurtenances, and declaring an emergency. 1023 Amending Section 8 of Ordinance No. 309, the Traffic Ordinance, relating to automatic h-affic control signals. 1024 To amend Sections 3 and 4 of Ordinance No. 1018. 1025 Designating Central National Bank of Cleveland and the Nation City Bank of Cleveland as legal depositories for the Village. 1026 To create a petty cash fund for the Building Inspector. 1027 To create a petty cash fund for the Service Director.
