No. 1964-1967 Ordinances 892 Authorizing the Mayor of the Village to enter into an agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County for the improvement of Lander Road within the lnnits of said Village by grading, draining, and paving, and other work incidental thereto. 893 Amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 788, entitled: "An Ordinance adopting a fire prevention code, prescribing regulations governing conditions hazazdous to life and property from fire or explosion, and establishing a bureau of fire prevention and providing officers therefore and defining their powers and duties", by adopting the 1965 Fire Prevention Code. 894 Fixing the compensation and bonds of elected officers and the compensation of inembers of council. 895 To amend Section 3 of Ordinance No. 583, as amended, by increasing the compensation of inembers of the Police Department. 896 Amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 298, as amended, by increasing the compensation of the assistant Building Inspector & Service Director. 897 An emergency Ordinance prohibiting the cutting of any pavement along Lander Road for the purpose of installing water or sewer connections for a period of five yeazs after completion of the pavement. 898 Authorizing the Mayor and the Clerk to enter into an agreement with Highland Heights for the sharing of the costs incurred in the adjustment and relocation of water mains and sanitary sewers located in Lander Road. 899 Determining to proceed with the improvement of Worton Pazk Drive, North Woodlane Drive, Norman Lane, South Woodlane Drive, and Woodlane Drive, by grading, draining, and paving with asphaltic Materials, together with all necessary appurtenances, and declaring an emergency.
