IS
REPORT OP ASSESSDIIIVT EQUALIZATION BOARD
November 30, 1964
To the Council of the
Village of Mayfield, Ohio:
The undersigned, constituting the Assessment Equalization Board
appoittted and acting pursuant to your Resolution No. 622, adopted November
16, 1964, respectfully report that at the time and place fixed by said
resolution they properly took the Oath of their Office and thereafter heard
and determined all objections concerning the estimated assessments for the
I improvement of Ridgebury Boulevard in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from
Sdashington Boulevard Easterly to Orchard Heights Drive in the City of
Mayfield Heights, by the construction of a water main with curb connections
and appurtenances, in accordance with Resolution No. 615, adopted by the
Council ott September 21, 1964, declaring the necessity of said improvement.
We have found that the estimated assessaents heretofore filed in
the office of the Clerk of the Village of Piayfield conform to the standards
prescribed in said Resolution Ao. 615, and such assessments as estimated
are in proportion to the benefits which will result to the lots and lands to
be assessed for said improvement and are limited as to each lot and parcel
of land by the special benefits conferred thereon. Therefore we find that
the assessments as estimated are also the assessments as equalized.
?
0
James B.
