h? <br />February 15, 1965 <br />To the Council of the <br />Village of Mayfield, <br />Mayfield, Ohio. <br />The undersigned, fiscal officer of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, <br />hereby certifies, as follows, pursuant to your Resolution of February <br />15, 1965, requesting such certification: <br />1(a). The estimated life of the improvement referred to in your <br />resolution adopted February 15, 1965, for improving Ridgebury Boulevard <br />in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from the center line bf Lander Road, <br />which is the Sdesterly corporate line of the Village of Mayfield, in an <br />Easterly direction approximately 2825.35 feet to the Easterly corporate <br />line of the Village of Mayfield by grading,.draining, curbing, paving <br />and constructing curb connections where necessary, together with all <br />necessary appurtenances, is in excess of five (5) years. <br />1(b). The estimated life of the improvement referred to in <br />your Resolution adopted February 15, 1965, for improving Ridgebury <br />Soulevard in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from Washington Boulevard <br />Easterly to Orchard Heights Drive in the City of Mayfield Heights by the <br />construction of a 1211 cast iron water main with curb connections and <br />appurtenances, is in,excess of 5 years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code for said <br />several improvements is forty (40) years. <br />3.
