(g) Any vagrant, prostitute, habitual disturber of the peace, known <br />pick-pocket, person knocon to obtain his living by criminal means <br />and practices or who is known to be a companion and associate of <br />criminals or other dissolute persons. <br />(h) My person who loiters around courts of justice, or other public <br />places, for the purpose of soliciting the employment of propessional <br />services or bondsmen. <br />(i) Any person with opium, opium pipe, cocaine or heroin or other <br />narcotic drugs in his or her possession. <br />(j) Any person who deliberately or unnecessarily crowds or jostles <br />persons on, or about to board or leave buses or other public <br />conveyances, or at bus stops or in other public places. <br />Sec. 2. Any person who shall violate any provision oE this ordinance <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined <br />ttot more than $50.00 or shall be comciitted to jail for not over 30 days, or <br />both, and shall stand committed until such fine is paid or otherwise discharged <br />by due process of law. <br />Sec. 3. This ordinance is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare in order to protect the inhabitants of the Village of Mayfield, <br />from unlatnful acts, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 15th day of February, 1965. <br />Attest: <br />f"tLu <br />(SEAL) erk <br />Alayor - President of Council <br />i) l? <br />
