u <br />m <br />ORDINANCE No, 900 <br />Byc?'-Mr. Shaw <br />AN ORDINANCE TO PsNTPR INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE <br />CITY,OF_UNIVERSITY,HEIGHTS FOR.,$ADIO SERYICE,, <br />C? <br />s <br />? <br />d <br />ffi <br />LeJ <br />EPl <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />8 <br />0 <br />03 <br />BP IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGB OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY,__OHIO,.all members„elected.thereto concurring,,THAT: _ <br />Sec: 1, The Mayor and the Clerk of the Village?of Mayfield, <br />Ohio, are_erefy authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the <br />Village a contract in writing with the City of University Heights, <br />Ohio, establishing rates for police radio call service for.a period <br />of two years commencing June 1, 1965, and ending May 31, 1967. <br />Council hereby approves the form of contract submitted to it by the <br />City of University Heights, which, among other things, provides that <br />the Village of Mayfield shall be charged $30.00 per month as a flat <br />rate,. to include up to 100 broadcast calls, whether originating from <br />car or station, all broadcast calls in excess of 100 per month to be <br />charged and paid for at the rate of..lOQ per call, monthly. Said <br />agreement further provides that all telephone calls made by the <br />station at the request of cars will be charged at the rate of 100 <br />per call,"and that, if the Village of h7ayfield lists the City of_ <br />University Heights' telephone number in the telephone directoxy, a <br />charge of $10.00 per month will be made for this service. For use of <br />the equipment of the City of University Heights by the Village of <br />Mayfield, having remote control facilitiss, there shall be an extra <br />charge of $10,00 per month. Said contract is subject to termination <br />by either party upon 60 days' written aotice to the other party. <br />Sec.'2. There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund <br />an amount_o money,sufficient to carry out the obligations of the <br />Village of Mayfield under said contract. , <br />and effect from and after the date of its passage. <br />Sec'.'3.
