<br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village o£ Mayfield, Ohio, has heretofore
<br />by legislation declared the necessity of improving a portion of SJorton Park
<br />Drive, and a11 of South Woodlane Drive, North LJoodlane Drive, Norman Zane,
<br />and.Woodlane Drive, by grading, draining and paving with asphaltic materials,
<br />together with,all necessary appurtenances therein.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE VILLAGE OF
<br />P1flYFIII.D, CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THAT: . _ ,
<br />Sec. 1. It is hereby declared necessary to issue bonds of the Village
<br />of Mayfield in the sum of $94,450.00 for the purpose of raising money in _
<br />anticipation oE the collection of special assessments for the improvemettt of
<br />Worton Park Drive, from Hemingway Road to Soutli Woodlane,Drive, North iaoodlane
<br />Drive from Worton Park Drive to Woodlane Drive, Norman T,ane, from Idorton Park
<br />Drive to Woodlane Drive, South Woodlane Drive, from Woodlane Drive to its_
<br />Easterly terminus,_and Woodlane Drive frQm North Woodlane Drive to South
<br />Woodlane Drive, all in the Village of Mayfield, by grading, draining and
<br />paving with asphaltic materials, together ivith all necessary appurtenances,
<br />as provided in Resolution No. 639, adopted March 15, 1965.
<br />Sec. 2. That said bonds shall be dated August lst, 1966, shall bear
<br />interest now estimated at three and one-half per centum (3-1/2%,) per annum,
<br />payable semi-annually, and shall mature in ten (10) annual installments
<br />after' their issuance. Sec. 3. That for the purpose of raising money in anticipation of the
<br />levy of special assessments and in anticipation of the issuance of bonds in
<br />anticipation of the collection of special assessments for the improvement of
<br />the above named streets by grading, draining and paving with asphaltic
<br />materials, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto, to pay the
<br />property ocaners' share of the cost and expense of said improvement, it is
<br />hereby declared necessary to issue and there shall be issued a note of said
<br />Village in the amount of $ 94,450.00.
