August 16, 1965 <br />To the Council of the Village <br />of MayEield, Ohio. <br />The undersigned, fiscal officer of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, <br />hereby certifies, as follows, pursuant to your Resolution of August 16, <br />1965, requesting such certification: <br />1. The estimated life of the improveQent referred to in your <br />resolution for improving F7orton Park Drive from Hemingway &oadLto South <br />Woodlane Drive, North Woodlane Drive from Worton Park Drive to Woodlane <br />Drive, Norman Lane from Wortott Park Drive to Woodlane Drive, South <br />Woodlane Drive from Woodlane Drive to its Easterly termittus, and Woodlane <br />Drive Erom North Woodlane Drive to South Woodlane Drive, by grading, <br />drai.ning and paving with asphaltic materials, together with all necessary <br />appurtenances, is in excess of 5 years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of such bottds, calculated in accordance <br />° with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code for said several <br />improvements is forty (40) years. <br />3.
