Shaw <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE N0. 252 A <br />AS AMfiNDED BY CHANGING THE.COMPEN$ATION OF THE ROAD <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT• <br />Sec. 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 252 A, entitled'; "An Ordinance <br />to Provide for a Road Roreman" as amettded by Ordinances Nos, 297, 357, and 533, <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 3. Beginning January 1, 1966, the Road Foreman shall be <br />paid ap compensation for his services the sum of $5400.00 per year, <br />plus $2.60 for each hour worked in excess of 44 in,any otte week." <br />Sec. 2. Existing Section 3 of Ordinance No. 252 A, as amended by <br />Ordinances Nos. 297, 357 and 533, is hereby repealed from and after this <br />date. <br />Sec. 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants in order to obtain <br />the services of a competent Road Foreman and this Ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in foree from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 3rd day of January, 1966. <br />Attest; <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />?? z zzq?-?W <br />(SEAL) Clerk
