ORDINANCE No. 925 <br />By Mr. Shaw <br />pN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CLERK TO <br />ENTER_INTO A LEASG OF.CERTAIN PRIMISE$ ON WILSON , <br />MILLS R0AD 4lITH ROBERT NEROIVI AND NICK RUSSO_FOR AN <br />WHEREAS, Robert Neroni and Nick Russo, owners of certain premises on <br />Wilson Mills Road in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, have offered to lease <br />said premises to the Village of Mayfield for,the purpose of operating an ice <br />skating rink at a.nominal rental of $1.00 for the year 1966. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED SY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILI,AGE OF MAYFIELD, <br />CiJYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO,.THAT:. . ,. . _ ... . - _. - . ` . -- - . . , - <br />Sec. 1. The Mayor and the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield are hereby <br />authorized and directed on behalf of.the Village to enter into a lease of <br />certain premises therein described on Wilson Mills Road from Robert Neroni and <br />Niclc Russo at a rental of $1.00 for the year 1966 for the purpose of operating <br />an ice skating rink. , <br />Sec. 2.
