February 21, 1965 <br />To the Council of the <br />Village of Mayfield, <br />Mayfield, Ohio. <br />The undersigned, fiscal officer of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, <br />hereby certifies, as follows, as to certain improvements of Ridgebury <br />Boulevard as originally requested in Council's Resolution adopted February <br />15, 1965; <br />1(a). The estimated life of the improvemettt referred to in your <br />resolution adopted February 15, 1965, for improving Ridgebury Boulevard in <br />the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from the center line of Lander Road, which is <br />the Westerly corporate line of the Village of Mayfield, in an Easterly <br />direction approximately 2825.35 feet to the Easterly corporate line of the <br />Village of Mayfield by grading, draining, curbing, paving and constructing <br />curb connections where necessary, together with all necessary appurtenances, <br />is itt excess of five (5) years. <br />1(b) The estimated life of the improvement referred to in your <br />Resolution adopted February 15, 1965, for improving Ridgebury Boulevard in <br />the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from Washington Boulevard Easterly to Orchard <br />Heights Drive in the City of Mayfield Heights by the construction of a 12" <br />cast iron water main with curb connections and appurtenances, is in excess <br />of 5 years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code for said several <br />improvements is forty (40) years. <br />3. The maximum maturity of the note to be issued in anticipation <br />of such bonds,is five (5) years, or one year from date of issuance if sold <br />privately.
