3. For iRStallation of a gas or oil burner in any <br />individual dwelling unit, the fee for each such <br />unit shall be (when not included with permit 3,00 <br />under 1 or 2) <br />4. Installation oE unit heater or space heater 3.00 <br />5. For each air conditioning system, $5.00 minimum <br />per housing unit, plus $3.00 for each ton or <br />portiott thereof of cooling capacity. <br />(h) (Plumbing <br />The Uasic fee for any plumbing permit shall be; 4.00 <br />to which shall be added the following charges <br />for each unit installed or replaced: 1. For each lavatory, water closet, bath tub, shower <br />trap, 1 or 2 compartment, sink or laundry tray <br />or combination sink and laundry trag .75 <br />2. For each 3 compartment sink or laundry tray or <br />combination sink and laundry tray, floor drain, <br />yard drain, dish washer, sump pump, garbage <br />grinder, water filter, inside down-spout, hot- <br />water tank, or similar plumbing fixture, also <br />refrigerator drain, .75 <br />3. Building drains and/or sewers, $5.00, plus $2.00 <br />for each 100 lineal feet or fraction thereof <br />over 100 feet. <br />(i) filectrical Work: <br />? The basic fee for any electrical permit shall be two <br />dollars ($2.00) to which shall be added the following <br />charges:,, , 2.00 <br />l. For each lighting outlet .15 <br />2. For each lighting fixture .15 <br />When fixtures contain more than four fl4areseent, or <br />other similar electric discharge type tubes, each four <br />such tubes shall be deemed to'be a separate lightittg <br />fixture. Each four feet of continuous neon or other <br />similar tubing shall be deemed to be a separate <br />lighting fixture. <br />3. Outlet for ranges and similar heating devices, <br />and for poLaer motors, each 1.00 <br />
