This Ordittance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the.immediate preservation of the public health, welfare, peace <br />and safety of the Village of May£ield and its inhabitants, in order to provide <br />the necessary funds to carry out the f unctions of the Village, and this <br />Ordinance shall go into efEect immediately upon the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 21st day of March, 1966. <br />Attest: <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />(SET.)
