By Mr. Shaw <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 309, THE TRAFPIC <br />ORDINANCE, BY.ADDING.SECLION 53 (a) PROHIBITING PARKING <br />IN.FIRE LANES ON PUBI.IC OR,PRIVATE PROPERTY,. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE VIId.AGE OF MAXFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: ._ . . ._ .. , . <br />Sec. 1. Ordinance No. 309, entitled: "An Ordinance to Regulate Traffic.: <br />on the Streets and Public Highways of the Village of Mayfield" is hereby amended <br />by adding Section 53 (a) Feading as follows; , <br />"Sec. 53 (a). <br />on Public or Private <br />"No person shall park any vehicle in any fire lane on public or <br />private property which has been duly designated and posted as such by <br />the Police Department or the Fire Department of the Village of Mayfield." <br />Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its itthabitants in order to prevent <br />interference with fire fighting equipment needed to extinguish fires, and <br />this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of <br />its passage. <br />Passed this 18th day of April, 1966. <br />Attest: <br />(SEAI.)
