,, . <br />-• 0 <br />P. _ _. <br />ook, <br />ORDINANCE No. 958 <br />gy Mr. Mason <br />tIN ORDINANCE TO VACATE THE EASTII2LY 10 FEET <br />OR,SOUTH WOODLANE DRIVE <br />w <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Mayfield is satisfied that <br />there is good cause for vacating the Easterly 10 feet oE South Woodlane <br />Drive and that it will not be detrimental to the general interest and ought <br />to be made. <br />NOW THEREFOEE BE IT ORDpINIdD BY THE COUNCIZ OF THE VII.I.AGE OF MAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THATp _ . . - _ . - - , - - - Sec. 1. That South Woodlane Drive, from its Easterly terminus at the <br />common boundary line of the Village of Mayfield and the City of Mayfield <br />Heights, to a point 10 feet Westerly therefrom, be and the same hereby is <br />yacated, as per the vacation plat attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Niayfield and its inhabitants, for the reason <br />that, unless said portion of said-street is i.mmediately vacated, a public street <br />itt att adjoining 4funicipality may be joined with the existing South Woodlane <br />Drive, thereby causing such a great increase in the vehicular traffic thereon <br />that it will damage the streets and disturb the peace and quiet of a fine <br />residential section in the Village of Mayfield, and this ordinance shall be <br />in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this YO day of 1966. <br />Attest: <br />('ggp1,} Clerk-Treasurer <br />• e v-e e <br />0..0.e-, l.7 <br />Mayor - President of Council ? <br />,-.. ,
