Center <br />Road and Wilson Mills Road is proposed for local retail business use <br />(not hitherto authorized), as hereittafter defined? and such uses <br />will be conducive to the public health, peace, safety, comfort, <br />prosperity) convenience and general welfare, will provide more <br />profitable uses for the owners oY land, will provide added and <br />needed tax revenues for the Village, enabling it to carry ott needed <br />functions, and will not substantially injure any other property in <br />the Village or the use thereoP; and <br />WHEREAS, Council find that this amending ordinance has been <br />submitted to the Village Plantting & Zoning Commission for approval, <br />disapproval, or suggestions) and that said Commissiott has allowed <br />a reasonable time for consideration and report, and has approved <br />the same in the form herein set Yorth, and that a public hearing <br />has been had thereon, and notice of such hearing given in the <br />manner provided by law. <br />NOW? THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED SY TfiE COUNCIL OF THE VILT-AGE <br />OF MAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO THAT: <br />Sec. I.
