Any person vio?ating any of the provisions of this ordinance <br />shall, on conviction thereof, be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than <br />$200.00, or may be committed to jail for ttot more than 30 days, or both, <br />and sfiall be committed until said fine is paid. <br />Sec. 3. Ordinance No. 540 entitled: "An Ordinance Prohibiting Breach <br />of the Peace and Repealing Ordinance No. 411 is hereby repealed as o£ the <br />effective date of this ordiq?ance. , <br />Sec. 4.
