Mr. Davis <br />AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING UNNECESSARY NOISES IN THE <br />VII.LAGE OF MAYFIELD, OHIO, AND REPEAI.ING ORDINANCE N0. 593 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE VII,LAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: ? <br />- - i <br />Sec. 1. It shall be ualawful for any person to make, continue, or <br />cause to be made_or continued any loud, unnecessary, unusual or unreasonable <br />noise or noises which either annoys, disturbs, injures, or endangers the <br />comfort, repose, health, peace, or safety of others within the limits of the <br />Village of Mayfield, Ohio, except such sounding of att automobile horn as is <br />necessary as a warning signal under the provisions of Ordinance No. 309, <br />the traffic ordinance of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio. <br />Sec. 2. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall <br />on conviction thereof be fined in any sum not exceeding $50.00 and costs, <br />and shall stand committed until such amount is paid. <br />Sec. 3. Ordinance No. 593, entitled: "An Ordinance Prohibiting <br />Unnecessary Noises in the Village of Mayfield,.Ohio" is hereby repealed <br />as o£ the effective date of this ordinance. , <br />Sec. 4.
