ORDINANCE No. 974 By Mr. Shaw AN FMERGENCY ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR ELECTRIC STREET LIGHTING SERVICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY TO TNE ,. CLEVII.AND ELECTRIC ILLUMINATING CaIPANY _ WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 683 of the Council of the Municipality passed August 15, 1966, authorizing and directing the Clerk to advertise for bids for furnishing electric street lighting service in the Municipality. The Cleveland Electric illuminating Company submitted a proposal dated August 26, 1966; and WHEREAS, said proposal is in the proper form and is the lowest and best bid. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: . Sec. 1.
