ORDINANCE No. 982 <br />By Mr. Shaw <br />AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR TRANSFER AND <br />AEPRORRIATION,OF FUNDS FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES <br />DURING THE YEAR 1966 <br />BE IT ORDAINED SY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />$ec. 1. To the extent that, during the year 1966, any expenditures <br />have been made by or under authority of the Council of the Village of <br />Mayfield, Ohio, for any items in excess of the amouttts appropriated therefor <br />by the appropriation ordinances and amendments thereto adopted in 1966, or <br />for items for which no specific appropriations were made by said ordinances, <br />the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield is hereby authorized and <br />directed to transfer sufficient moneys from other appropriation items which <br />have not been fully expended and, if necessary, from moneys in the General <br />Fund not otherwise specifically appropriated, to cover such expenditures, and <br />the moneys so trattsferred are hereby appropriated for the purpose of making such <br />expenditures. <br />Sec. 2. This ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure, necessary <br />for the preservation of the health, saEety and welfare of the Village of <br />Mayfield and its inhabitants and this ordinance shall go into effect immediately <br />upon its passage. <br />Passed this 19th day of ?ecember, 1966. <br />qttest; Mayor - Presidettt of Counci <br />O , - <br />SEAL) Clerk-Tre urer
