ORDINANCE No. 984 <br />By Mr. Shaw <br />,AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR t1N AGREEMENT OR AGREE- <br />MENTS_WITH THE CITIES OF MAYFIELD HEIGHTS AND <br />RIC[IIKOND HEIGHTS.AND THE VILZAGE$ OF_HIGFILAND HEIGHTS, <br />GATES MILLS.AND WSLLOUGHBY.HII,LS FOR POI,ICE r1UTU[Q. qID <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIl OF THE VII,LAGE OF MAYEIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OH19, TNAT: -- <br />Sec. 1. The Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer o£ the Village oE Mayfield, <br />Ohio, are hereby authorized and directed to enter ittto an Agreement or <br />Agreements with the Cities of Mayfield Heights and Richmottd Heights, Ohio, <br />and the Village of Highland Heights, Ohio, [dilloughby Hi11s,.Ohio, and <br />Gates Mills, Ohio, whereby each municipality agrees with the other mutticipality or municipalities to the agreement whenever necessary and <br />practicable to render police protection in case of emergency temporarily <br />to augment the police facilities of the other party or parties. <br />Sec. 2. Such agreement or agreements shall be for a period not <br />exceeding three years and shall be terminable by any party upon 30 days' <br />written notice. <br />Sec. 3.
