ORDINANCE No. 991 <br />By Mr. Davis <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK-TREASURER <br />TO ENTER INTO A,CONTRACT WITH THE XEROX CORPORATION <br />FOR THE I.tASING OF A COPY MACHIN& <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIEI,D, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, TNA.T; <br />Sec. 1. The Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer of the pillage of <br />riayfield, Ohio, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement in writing <br />on behalf of said Village with the Xerox Corporation for the leasing from <br />the latter oE a copy machine at a rental not to exceed $40.00 per month, <br />for an indefinite period of time, but cancelable on two.weeks notice. <br />Sec. 2.
