ORDINANCfi No. 992 <br />By Mr. Davis <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 956 BY ADDING <br />SECTION 3(a) TO COMPINSATE THE BUILDING_INSPECTOR & <br />ASSISTANT ROAD_FOREMAN FOR TEIE USE.OF.HIS.AUTOMOBILE <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY TNE COUNCII. OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, <br />THAT; . ._ _ . _ .,. __ . __..- ? ._ _.... .._ _. <br />Sec. 1. Ordinance No. 956, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating the <br />Position of Building Inspector & Assistant Road ]Foreman and Repealing Ordinance <br />No. 92311, as_amended,_is hereby,amended by adding Section 3(a) which shall <br />read, as follows; _ ., <br />103 (a). Beginning as of March 1, 1967, the Building Inspector <br />& Assistant Road Foreman shall be paid the sum of $15.00 per month <br />for the use of hig private automobile in the performance of his <br />duties and shall be reimbursed for the cost of gasoline used for <br />that purpose." <br />Sec. 2. In all other respects, said Ordinance No. 956, as amended, <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Sec. 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of MayEield and its inhabitants in order that the <br />Village may immediately have the use of the automobile of the Building <br />Inspector & Assistant Road Foreman in the performance of his duties, and this <br />ordinance shall be in £ull force and effect from and after the date of its <br />passage. <br />Passed this 20th day of March, 1967.
