ORDINANCE No.innn By Mr. Mncon t1N ORDINANCS TO AMEND SECTIONS 30.4, 30.5, and 30.6 OF ORDINANCS No..763 WITH RSSPECT TO AREA RSGUI.ATIONS, YARD REGULATIONS AND OFF-STREET PARKING AND I.OpDING_REGULATIONS IN PRODUCTION-DISTRIBUTION DIS°fRICTS,_OFFIGE-7.ABORAT9RY _ DISTRIQTS,_AND MOTORISTS SERVICS.DISTRICTS WHEREAS, Council of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, finds that certain changes should be made with respect to area regulations, yard regulations and off-street parking and loading regulations in Production-Distribution Districts, Office-Laboratory Diatricts, and Motorists Service Distripts; and _ WHERW, Council finds that this amending ordinance has been submitted to the Village Planning & 2oning Commission for approval, disapproval, or suggestions, and that said Commission has been allowed a reasonable time for consideration and report, and has approved the same itt the form herein set forth, and that a public hearing has been had thereon, and notice of such hearing has been given irt the manner provi.ded by law, JF•NOW THBRSFOBE B& IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILI.AGE OF MAYFIELD, COUNTY "OF CUXAHOGA, STATE OF QHIO,,TNATp Sec. 1.
