a. Space Required <br />p space or spaces, ahall be provided wi.thin structure of such <br />dimensions as to accommodate the trucks employed for loading or unloading <br />goods and equipment for the particular use. Each.space shall have a <br />verdical clearanee of at least 14 Eeet. <br />Required loading spaces shall not be used for repairing or <br />servicing of motor vehicles, and shall not be allocated or used to <br />satisfy the space requirements for required off-street parking. <br />b. Zocation - Desi n <br />Loading facilities shall not be located in a front yard or in a <br />required side or rear yard. Off-street loadiag spaces shall be provided <br />with surface improvements as required for parking areas. <br />3, qccess to Streets <br />Access to the streets shall be controlled in the interest of public <br />safety aad to maintain the designed capacity of the street system similar <br />to the objeetives The Ohio Department of Highways has established through <br />Directive D-94, November 1961, to control access along State.arterial <br />highways adjacent to freeway interchanges in unincorporated areas. <br />The developments abutting Wilson Mills Road for a distance of 1200 <br />feet from the nearest intersection of a freeway ramp shall be planned <br />so that the first access street or driveway onto Wilson Mills shall be <br />not less than 600 Eeet from the outermost ramp tetmittal right-of-way <br />and the successive access point shall be spaced at intervals not less <br />than 600 feet on center. These objectives may be accomplished by <br />i marginal service roads, parallel service roads, combining the access of <br />, several developments, or other approved facilities. Whenever it is not <br />feasible to provide such facilities at the time of the original develop- <br />ment, the Commission may grant temporary access for use at lesser <br />? distances for a limited period, provided the developments and future <br />control facilities are planned so as not to cause any substantial extra <br />' costs to the public or cause relocations or structures ehen the peimanent <br />facilities are constructed. <br />I <br />? To carry out the above purposes and objectives on sections of Wilson <br />i Mills_Road or other major streets within the area of influence but more <br />than 1200 feet from the interchange, the Commission may permit the <br />spacing of accessways at lesser intervals but not less than 200 feet ott <br />center, if the projected volume of traffic warrattts more frequent spacittg.
