Sec. 1, That tfie impmvemeat of Ridgeliury Boulevard in the Village of Mayfield* Ohio$from Washington Boulevard Pasterly to Orchard Heights Drive in the City of Mayfield Heights 9 by the construction of a water main and appurtenancea, amountingin the aggregate to $14,270.10 as reported to this Council on the 15th day of May ?.1967i by the Sngineer of this Village, and now on file in the office oE the ClerkdTreasurer of this Council be, and the same is, hereby adopted and confirmed3, and that there be and hereby are levied and assessed upon the lots and lands bounding and abutting upon said improvements the several amounts reported as aforesaid* which asseasments are in proportion to the special benefits a¢d are not in excess of any statutory limitation. Sec. 2• That thia Council hereby Einds and detezmines that the revised assessme¢ts as now on file in the office of said Clerk»Treasurer are in the same proportion to the esti.mated assessments as originally filed as the actual cost of the above described improvement ia to the estimated cost of the imprnvement as originally filed. 3ec, 30 That the assessment against each lot or parcel of land shall be payable in cash within 30 days after the passage of this ordinance or at the option of the owner i.n ten(10)annual installments with interest at the same rate as shall be borne by the bonds to.be issued in anticipation of the collection of the samee A11 cash payments shall be made to the Treasurer of this Village. All assesameats and iastallmeats thereof remaining unpaid at the expirati.on of said'30 days shall be certifi.ed by the C1erk-Treasurer of this Council to the County Auditor as provided bq law to be placed by hi.m on the tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are collected. Sec. 40 That the Clerk-freasurer of this Council ahall cause a notice of passage of this ordiaance to be.pnblished once in a newspaper of general circulation in this 9illage and to continue on file in his of£ice said revised assessments.
