Sec, 1¦ That the revised assessment of the cost and expense of the improvement o€ Worton Park Driye, from Hemingway Road to South Woodlane Drive, North Saoodlane Drive from,Wortou Park DXive to Woodlane Drivel, Norman Lape frag Worton Park Driveto Woodlane Drives, South Woodlane_Drive from Woodlane Drive to its Easterly terminus, and SiloodlanG Drive from Nprth Woodlane Drive to South Woodlane Drives by gradittgs draining,attd paving with asphaltic, materials, together with all necessary appurtenaneesq amountiag in the aggregate to $119,326.00 as reported to this Council on the 15th day of May ? 1967s by the Engineer of thia Villagey and now on file in the office of the C1erk-Treasurer of this Couneil beg and the same is, hereby adopted and confirmed, and that there be and hereby are levied and asaessed upon the lots and lands bounding and abutting upon said improyements the several amounts reported as aforesaid# which assessments are in proportion to the special benefite and are not,in excess of any statutory li.mitation$ Sec. 2.That tliis Council hereby finds attd determines that the revised assessments as now on file in the o£fice of said C1erk+.Treasurer are in the same propostion to the estimated assessments as originally filed as the actual cost of the above described improvement is to the estimated cost of the improvement as originally f iled. ? Sece 3. That the'assessment against each lot or parcel of land shall be payable in eash within 30 days after the passage of this ordinance or at the option of the owner in teri(.10)annual installments with iaterest at the same rate as shall be borne by the bonda to be issued in anticipation of the colleetiott of'the same, All cash payments shall be mada to the Treasurer of this Village, All assessments and installments thereof remaining unpaid at the expiration of said 30 days shall be certiEied by the Clerk-+freasurer of this Council to'the County puditor as provided by law to be placed by hi.m on the tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are colleeted, Sec. 4. That the Clerk»Treasurer of this Council ahall cause a hotice of passage of this ordinanee to be,published once in a newspaper of general circulation in this Village and to continue on file in his office said revised assessments„
