The estimated li£e of the improvement referred to in your resolution <br />adopted January 17, 1966, for improving I,ander Road in the Village <br />of Mayfield, Ohio, from Wilson Mills Road Southerly to the South <br />corporation line of the VillagE.s oE Mayfield and Highland Heights, <br />Ohio, by grading, draining, curbing, paving (including curb <br />connections where necessary) and installing sidewalks, with all <br />necessary improvements, is in excess of five years. <br />2: The maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated in accordance with <br />the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revi.sed Code for said <br />several improvements is forty (40) years. <br />3.
